The RvA, which stands for ‘Raad van Advies’ and should not be mistaken for the RvSA, is mostly comprised of older Arashika’s who have either spend time in the board of Arashi or those who know so much you think they have. They have the right to give advice to the board whenever they feel like it (seriously, as a rule “nanana, I can’t hear you” is not a valid defense for board members in this case) and have to advice both the board or Arashi’s members when asked to do so. They also give their opinion on how well the board and the club have performed at general assemblies. So yeah, that is what they do.
